Pilot Progamme
About
In cooperation with the LAUNCH Investor Board, comprising of 20 institutional investors and finance professionals across Europe, the LAUNCH team invites project developers to pilot one or more of the following materials:
1) Standardised, investor-grade Energy Performance Contract (EPC),
2) Standardised Risk Assessment Protocol,
3) Standardised templates and best practices facilitating engagement with growth capital providers,
4) Market-tested sales messages and sales processes designed to shorten the sales cycle between project developers and their end clients.
The objective of the LAUNCH Pilot programme is to ensure that the templates and tools developed by the LAUNCH project are designed to meet the needs of, and maximise the benefits to, market participants. To achieve this objective, feedback from market parties is crucial.
The timeline below is indicative. We welcome pilot participants at any time, and you can pilot the LAUNCH materials as and when it fits your ongoing project development cycle.
THE LAUNCH Education PROGRAMME
Participating to the pilot will also give you the opportunity to start a learning journey with the project partners through the LAUNCH Education Programme.
This journey has been developed with the objective of improving the knowledge and understanding of key financial and commercial topics to make the best out of the LAUNCH material developed.
WHY TO JOIN

REQUIREMENTS
We encourage you to share your market knowledge and experience with us by providing feedback on the material that will be shared with you by the LAUNCH project. Your input is invaluable to making the LAUNCH material market-ready.
You will then be able to use and apply this material to help grow your client base and business. We would also encourage you to provide feedback you receive from your clients when you are applying the LAUNCH tools and templates. The LAUNCH team will provide guidance in the form of questions to provide feedback on when you are using the materials, and the time commitment from your side will be only a few hours over the coming months.
The LAUNCH team recommends that those who are participating in the pilot actively follow the development of the project, join the series of informational webinars and participate in the interactive workshops and networking conferences being organised by LAUNCH.
